It’s raining wedding in the tinsel town. From Katrina Kaif- Vicky Kaushal to Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor, these Bollywood couples reportedly are all set to take the plunge. Adding to the list is actress Shraddha Kapoor. Yes. you read it. Rumours have it that the actress is set to tie the knot with photographer Rohan Shrestha. The two have been rumoured to be dating for quite a long time now. Shraddha Kapoor, however, has always been tight-lipped about her personal life.
In a recent interview, the actress has opened up about all the speculation about her wedding with Rohan Shrestha. “I don’t think all this takes away the focus from my work because I have never really spoken much about my personal life anyway,” Shraddha Kapoor said in an interview with Hindustan Times. Her father Shakti Kapoor had earlier spoken about her rumoured wedding plans and said that she hasn’t told him anything about her marriage plans with Rohan Shrestha.
“Why only Rohan Shrestha? If she comes and tells me whoever she has chosen and wants to settle down with, I will not have any objection. Rohan Shrestha is a very nice boy. He does come home but he has come home since childhood. Shraddha Kapoor hasn’t told me that she plans to marry him. To me, they are still just childhood friends. I do not know if they are serious about each other,” Shakti Kapoor revealed to ETimes.
For the uninitiated, Rohan Shrestha is a renowned Bollywood celebrity photographer, and his father, Rakesh Shrestha was also a prominent artiste in Bollywood. Earlier in March, Shraddha Kapoor and Rohan Shrestha were spotted exiting a restaurant in the city, where she celebrated her birthday with him. The actress, on the workfront will be seen in ‘Stree 2’ with Rajkummar Rao, and ‘Chaalbaaz In London’, which is a reboot of Sridevi’s superhit film, ‘Chaalbaaz’.
