India versus Pakistan T20 cricket took not just the internet but also both the nations by storm. The match that was held in Dubai, saw a lot of Bollywood celebrities rooting for their country. From Akshay Kumar to Preity Zinta, Urvashi Rautela, Bollywood stars were seen in the VIP stands of Dubai stadium. Akshay Kumar was seen seated alongside Jay Shah, the secretary of Board of Control for Cricket in India’s (BCCI) secretary.
Bollywood actress Preity Zinta, who was seen enjoying, the match with her husband Gene Goodenough took to her social media handle to share a picture straight from the stadium in Dubai. Sharing the picture, she wrote, “A sporty #karvachauth with my man in blue #patiparmeshwar #bleedblue #Indvspak #t20worldcup #dubai #ting”.
Actress Urvashi Rautela was seen waving the Indian flag from the stands. The actress is the only female from Bollywood to have received the Golden visa for Dubai.
Apart from Bollywood actors, television stars were also present at the venue to enjoy the live streaming of the iconic cricket match. Actress Ankita Lokhande was present at the venue with her fiance Vicky Jain. The two left for Dubai last Thursday and looked pepped to root for their country. Ankita and Vicky looked cute together as they twinned in white. The actress was last seen in the OTT version of TV’s iconic show Pavitra Rishta.
Apart from Ankita, actress Mouni Roy too was seen at the Dubai stadium rooting for India. Dubai is one of Mouni’s favourite holiday destinations, and the actress is often seen in the country to unwind herself.
Meanwhile, Pakistan won the match against India. Both the teams congratulated each other for giving a good shot at the game. Virat Kohli, the captain of the Indian Cricket team had earlier stated that India Vs Pakistan is that one match that keeps the world hooked onto their TV sets, and this is what exactly keeps the Team Bleed Blue motivated.
