She is famed for her toned physique, and now Nicole Scherzinger has given fans an insight into exactly how she stays fit.
The singer, 43, posted a tongue-in-cheek video to Instagram of her tough exercise routine while wearing just a bikini.
In the impressive clip, the star star did a mixture of cardio and resistance-based movements while barefoot in the slick gym space.
Captioning the video, she wrote: "I don’t dance…I WERK."
Scherzinger can be seen, in the brown two-piece, doing deep weighted lunges before spinning at full-power on a stationary bike.
Her post was popular with social media users, who left more than 300,000 'likes' – and a number of famous faces praised her motivation.
Fellow Pussycat Doll, Ashley Roberts, commented: "Yea ya doooooooo."
Singer JoJo wrote: "UN BE LIEVABLE."
Perez Hilton, the blogger, joked: "*eats another cookie*"
Natasha Beddingfield added: "No body is that fit darling! U are so incredibly stunning."
It comes after Scherzinger revealed last month that she had found solace in working out after struggling with her mental health.
Captioning a gym selfie on Instagram, the star wrote: "Not been feeling the greatest lately, so got outta my head and sweat it out.
"Found the light, felt cute and couldn’t resist. No one is gonna do it for you.
"So DO YOU and DO IT FOR YOU. Stay strong family, find the good light and keep shining."
Scherzinger has previously opened up about how she likes to weave fitness into her life.
According to Women's Health, she will usually run on the treadmill for 20 minutes, before adding in squats, sit-ups and yoga stretches.
When she's back home in Los Angeles, she heads to spin studio Soul Cycle or for a hike with friends.
