Priyanka Chopra sells two Mumbai flats
As per a report, Priyanka Chopra has sold two of her Mumbai apartments for Rs 7 crore, collectively. The actress has also put up her Mumbai office for rent for Rs 2 lakh per month.

As per the latest report, her Mumbai apartments, both located in Andheri West have been sold for a whopping Rs 7 crore, collectively. Moreso, her Mumbai office situated in Oshiwara, Andheri is also up for rent for Rs 2 lakh per month.
Reportedly, Priyanka's residential unit located on the seventh floor of Raj Classic, Versova, Andheri (W), was sold for Rs 3 crore in March, while another unit on the same floor, but with larger square-footage, was sold for Rs 4 crore.
"A unit located on the 7th floor of size 888 sq ft was sold for Rs. 3 crore. A stamp duty of Rs. 9 lakh was paid on it, according to the registration documents. Another unit on the same floor of size 1219 sq ft was sold for Rs. 4 crore. A stamp duty of Rs. 12 lakh was paid on it," a source told as reported by MoneyControl.
The same report also mentioned Priyanka leasing her second-floor office property located in Vastu Precinct, Oshiwara in Andheri West, for Rs 2.11 lakh per month in June. The office is spread across an area of 2040 sq ft. An official confirmation about the same is awaited.
