When it comes to our Bollywood celebs, they are either completely open about their relationship or believe in keeping it under the wraps. More often than not, B-town celebs love to take the “just good friends” route and keep their fans speculating about their relationship. One such celebrity is Pooja Bedi’s daughter Alaya F.
Alaya has been dominating headlines because of her love life. The actress is believed to be dating Bal Thackeray’s grandson Aaishvary Thackeray. Rumour mills have been buzzing ever since Alaya attended Aaishvary’s birthday party in Dubai back in 2019. They even celebrated her 22nd birthday together. Earlier in February, the rumoured couple was spotted stepping out for lunch with Aaishvary’s mother Smitha Thackeray. Speaking to a leading daily, Alaya said, “If you are being talked about, that’s always great! You shouldn’t take these reports too seriously. Aaishvary is a wonderful friend and an extremely talented person. These stories used to spark curiosity amongst my near and dear ones, but now even they are used to it.”
The Jawaani Jaaneman actress also added that she doesn’t stress about her personal life. She said, “I don’t stress about my personal life as much as I do about my professional life. I feel your personal life should fall into place naturally. You should only work on being the best version of yourself every day. That’s what I did throughout the lockdown. It was all about me thinking about myself and not about any other person.”
This isn’t the first time that Alaya has spoken about her alleged relationship. In the past, she said that Aaishvary is a family friend whom she has known for a long time. She also mentioned that the two have been going to acting and dance classes together and it’s only recently that the paparazzi have taken note of it.
Well, if you ask us, they look totes adorable together. And ‘good friends’ or not, we don't mind seeing more pics of this cute jodi.
