Singer Mika during a concert had called out a man on stage and slapped him for misbehaving with women.

Priyanka Chopra

Global celebrity Priyanka Chopra is known for her no-nonsense attitude. The diva has also faced a tricky situation with an ardent fan. In an interview with TOI PeeCee had revealed how she had once slapped a fan for behaving inappropriately. The incident took place on the sets of ‘Anjaana Anjaani‘ when Priyanka came out of her trailer. A fan came near her, held her arms and started taking pictures. This angered the beauty who grabbed his collar and slapped him hard.

Jacqueline Fernandez

Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez has also gone through such a situation with a fan. She was promoting Judwaa 2, along with Varun Dhawan and Taapsee Pannu. During the trailer launch, 50 pairs of twins were invited for the event with the cast. All of them were promised that they will get time to spend time stars of the film. But one pair of twins started misbehaving with Jacky and crossed the lines of decency. They were soon evicted from the event.

Salman Khan

Salman Khan is loved by his humongous fan following who call themselves Salmaniacs. But the superstar too lost his cool when a fan tried to get too close to him and kiss him. During a promotional event for bodyguard, a fan, in his mid-20s got too excited on seeing Bhai and in turn tried to hug and kiss him. The Dabangg Khan lost his cool and gave the boy a slap.

Sushmita Sen

The actress had once held a teenager by his neck for behaving inappropriately with her. The fifteen year old had tried to misbehave with the actress. He thought he will not be caught for his misbehaviour due to the huge crowd around the actress. But she caught him and gave him a piece of her mind. Finally, the youngster realised his mistake and apologised.

Shah Rukh Khan

Shah Rukh Khan is known for the love he garners from his fans across the world. King Khan was once again mobbed by fans during the promotions of one of his films. Shah Rukh Khan was in Amsterdam when a fan forcibly tried to take a selfie with him. However, when the fan tried to get too close for comfort SRK lost his cool and pushed him back.

Vidya Balan

Vidya Balan had one of the most unpleasant experiences at the Kolkata airport during kahaani promotions. A fan requested a selfie-and when she obliged got too close for her comfort. He tried to put his arm around her—not once but twice, despite the actress asserting that she didn’t want this. When he did the same for the third time the actress told him off for misbehaving.

John Abraham

John Abraham once had to slap a fan after she bit him. The incident took place in Mangalore when John went for the inauguration of a jewellery showroom. The woman who was a fan of the actor got too excited on seeing him. She grabbed his hand and started biting him. In an attempt to save himself, the shocked actor had to slap her for the outrageous behaviour.

Bollywood actress Mahima Makwana had already been in daily soaps such as Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke, Shubharambh, and Rishton Ka Chakravyuh, and she is now prepared to establish a name for herself in Bollywood as well.

In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, Mahima opened her heart out and talked about the challenges she has had to face in life so far. "I could never make decisions based on my own creativity only as I am the sole earning person of my family. So, I had to strike a balance between running the kitchen and doing good work," said the young actress.

Mahima has been working from a very young age, "I started auditioning when I was just 9 and my first break happened when I was 12 or 13."

She went on to state, "I was working and simultaneously also completing my education."

She also talked about how she had to make time for both work and studies saying, "I made sure that I don’t neglect my studies because that is something I and my family give a lot of importance to." Mahima believes that whatever one learns is the basis of any person as an individual. The actor has done BMM all while working from the young age of 9 years.

Meanwhile, Mahima Makwana’s latest release Antim: The Final Truth starred Salman Khan and Aayush Sharma in the lead roles.

Kajol tests positive for Covid, hints at flu-like symptoms

Bollywood actress Kajol Devgn revealed on Sunday that she had tested positive for the coronavirus.

The actress shared a picture of her daughter Nysa to confirm the news. She hinted at flu-like symptoms and cold which had turned her nose red, like the fictional character - Rudolph the reindeer.

The 47-year-old said she was too embarrassed to show anyone her red nose, due to the Covid symptoms.

"I really don't want anyone to see my Rudolph nose so let's just stick to the sweetest smile in the world," she wrote.

The 'Dilwale' star, who turned to her 18-year-old daughter's smile for comfort, also said she was missing her. "I can see the eye roll," she added.

Besides Kajol, many other celebrities contracted the deadly virus and recovered from it after spending time in quarantine.

Kajol was last seen on the 2021 Netflix family drama feature 'Tribhanga' in the leading role, which also featured Tanvi Azmi and Mithila Palkar. The movie marks her digital debut.

On the work front, the actress collaborated with veteran star Revathi for a feature film, 'The Last Hurrah'. The movie is inspired by a true story, which chronicles the story of "an exemplary mother, Sujata (played by Kajol), who battled the most challenging situations one can ever face with a smile".

The project is backed by Suuraj Sinngh and Shraddha Agrawal under the banner Blive Productions and Take 23 Studios Production.

'The Last Hurrah' is currently in pre-production and will go on floors soon. The film is written by Sammeer Arora, and Revathi will be directing it.

Kajol tests positive for COVID-19, shares daughter Nysa's photo saying 'don't want anyone to see my Rudolph nose'

Bollywood actress Kajol has tested positive for COVID-19. She shared her health update with her social media followers on Sunday.

Taking to her Instagram handle, the actor shared the news along with her daughter Nysa's photo, since she doesn't want to show her red 'Rudolph nose' from the infection.

"Tested positive and I really don't want anyone to see my Rudolph nose so let's just stick to the sweetest smile in the world! Miss u @nysadevgan and yes I can see the eye roll," Kajol captioned her post.

In the photo, Nysa is all smiles as she poses for the camera and flaunts her mehendi clad hands.

Moments after she shared the post, fans flooded the post with get-well-soon comments. "Get well soon queen," a social media user wrote.

"Take care Kajol. Prayers for your speedy recovery," another added.

On the other hand, actress and new mommy Priyanka Chopra was all praise for Nysa. She commented, "She’s stunning."

Nysa is Ajay Devgn and Kajol's first child. The couple also have a nine-year-old son Yug.

For the unversed, Nysa, after completing her studies at Mumbai's Dhirubhai Ambani International School, enrolled in the United College of Southeast Asia in Singapore in early 2018.

Kajol was once asked if Nysa would be entering showbiz, to which the actress said that her daughter is too young to decide whether she wants to follow the footsteps of her parents and become an actor.

Bollywood actress Kajol has tested positive for COVID 19. The actress took to her verified social media account to share the news with her fans, followers and colleagues. Announcing the same, she posted a picture of her daughter Nysa Devgn saying she doesn't want to show people her sick face. "Tested positive and I really don't want anyone to see my Rudolph nose so let's just stick to the sweetest smile in the world! Miss u @nysadevgan and yes I can see the eye roll (sic)," she wrote.

In a recent interview, Bhumi Pednekar explained why she starred in ‘Badhaai Do’. She said she was excited to be part of the film because it gave her the opportunity to portray a character who will be an “eye-opener” for Indians.

Rajkummar Rao stars in the lead role of ‘Badhaai Do’, which recently released its trailer and sparked a discussion about social inclusion. Lavender marriage (marriage between a man and a woman to hide homosexuality) was highlighted in the trailer. Bhumi can be seen portraying Suman Singh, a 31-year-old physical education teacher with a fascination for women in the trailer.

Defying the pressure of their families, she marries Shardul Thakur (Rajkummar). When Rajkummar’s character suggests he is also gay, the story takes a real turn.

‘Badhaai Do’ will open the eyes of the people of India, according to Bhumi, who is pleased with the reaction viewers have given the trailer.

She expressed, “I’m really proud that content filmmakers, making differential and clutter-breaking subjects, feel I can help a project that is unique and bring their vision to life. I thrive on pushing myself constantly and my decision to do Badhaai Do was based on the fact that I get to sensitively portray a character and give voice to a subject that will be an eye-opener for India.”

The actor added, “Badhaai Do is a hot franchise that balances commerce with content. It is really exciting to be an actor in these times because such subjects are being backed by big producers who want to create a change in society. As a human being, I’m drawn to subjects that can lead to a positive impact on people and be a catalyst for social good. I hope Badhaai Do does just the same. She went on to say, “"Men can work as long as they want to, even when they've aged. They're still amazing and cool, and I have no problem with that. But why is that women are only okay till they are "young and desirable"? So desirable means what? There's a sexual connotation attached. So, we are looking at women in that way in films only."

During one of her promotional tours for her film 'PK' (2014), the actress brought to everyone's attention the fact that when it comes to actresses, people focus on irrelevant topics. She said, “I'm just so glad we're talking about a man's weight today. Otherwise, we're only talking about women and how much weight they've gained and how much they have to lose.”

Actress Vidya Balan recently discussed how she has dealt with sexism from men, women, and even herself. She claims there have been times when she has underestimated herself due to her gender. Vidya recalled her encounter with sexism in an interview with Hindustan Times, claiming that she was asked to adjust her dates based on the availability of the male actor, despite having a more prominent role in the film. “In my early years, I would always be told that, ‘The male actor has given his dates, so you will have to work your dates around his.’ Sometimes, it didn’t even matter if I was playing a more prominent role than him in the film,” she said.

Bollywood actress Kajol tests positive for COVID-19

Kajol, who is one of the country’s most successful stars, took a tongue-in-cheek approach to her prognosis. “Tested positive and I really don’t want anyone to see my Rudolph nose so let’s just stick to the sweetest smile in the world!,” posted Kajol alongside a picture of her daughter Nysa.

The actress further added: “Miss u @nysadevgan and yes I can see the eye roll!”

It is unclear at this time whether Kajol’s husband, actor Ajay Devgn, has been affected.

Kajol’s news comes even as legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar remains in a Mumbai hospital in the ICU after contracting COVID-19 and placed on a ventilator. However, after nearly a week in that condition, she was taken off the ventilator on Thursday after showing signs of improvement, according to the family.

To announce her first pregnancy at the age of 39, Dia Mirza had shared a throwback picture from her Maldives vacation on her IG handle, clicked by her husband, Vaibhav Rekhi. Dia had flaunted her baby bump in the sunset picture, and to announce the good news, she had written:

The doting mother also shared some beautiful pictures from the time when she was 4-months-pregnant that were clicked by her husband, Vaibhav Rekhi. She penned:

Recently, a fight stroked between Shamita Shetty and Tejasswi Prakash that created havoc among the audiences. During the fight, Tejasswi got into an argument with Shamita and age-shamed her by calling her 'Aunty'.

After her remark, Tejasswi faced a lot of backlash from the audience as well as from the Ex-Bigg Boss contestants. In connection to her lawsuit challenging 5G wireless network technology, Bollywood actress Juhi Chawla issued a statement where she welcomed the Delhi High Court’s order of reducing the fine imposed on her. After Juhi volunteered to work with Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA) for the cause of marignalised women and children, the fine was reduced from Rs 20 lakh to Rs 2 lakh. In her statement, Juhi stated, 'We graciously accept the indulgence of the Delhi High Court and are grateful that the costs were reduced from Rs 20 lakhs to Rs 2 lakhs. In addition, we are happy to work with the DSLSA by featuring in the DSLSA's programmes raising the causes of women and children who are in need to legal air. We are glad that the Hon'ble High Court agreed with and recognised the seriousness of our campaign in raising awareness against the health hazards caused by the EMF radiations of 5G and encouraged us to continue with our efforts giving us the added opportunity to seek appropriate legal remedies in the future'. A Division Bench of Justices announced the order recently and had also expunged the remarks made against Juhi Chawla by judge JR Midha, who had stated in his order that the actress had filed a frivolous suit and that it was all for publicity. In the order, the court stated, "Having perused the impugned order on record, it appears to us that the plaintiffs, who do not come from a legal background, should not be made to share the blame or consequences for the manner in which the suit and applications were drafted. The single-judge was also disturbed by the fact that the link of the hearing was circulated to the public at large which led to the proceedings getting disrupted." Juhi had filed a lawsuit against setting up for 5G wireless networks in the country last year. Her plea stated that the levels of RF radiation would be 10-100 times more than the present levels. However, Justice JR Midha had held that the suit was defective, non-maintainable, and also contained unverified and vexatious assertions and a fine was also imposed on the actress.

Raveena Tandon recalls being replaced in a film by an actor's girlfriend: 'She was insecure'

Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon recently refuted rumours about rivalry with actresses Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Karisma Kapoor and Kajol.

In one of her recent interviews, Raveena talked about her relationship with her contemporaries and said that they have been friends.

She told RJ Siddharth Kanan, "There were was no cut-throat or dirty politics."

The 'Mohra' actress said that she has been friends with Shilpa Shetty from Day 1 and it has been the same with Kajol too.

She also added that even though she doesn't have any sour relations with Karisma, Shilpa and Kajol, there were a few actors who played ‘dirty games’ and were a part of ‘dirty gossip’, and she has stayed away from it all.

Raveena also opened up about the time when she was replaced by an actor's girlfriend because she was insecure. "I was replaced intentionally because this girl did not like me, was insecure about me. She was dating a hero at that time and forced him to replace me because we were a hit pair. Forced him to replace with other heroines. So I lost out on 1-2 films on that account," she said, as quoted by Hindustan Times.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Raveena recently made her digital debut in 2021 with Netflix series 'Aranyak’. The show also featured Parambrata Chatterjee and Ashutosh Rana in pivotal roles.

Raveena made her Bollywood debut with the 1991 action film 'Patthar Ke Phool'. After appearing with Govinda in the film 'Sandwich', Raveena took a break from films for a while. In 2014, she made her comeback as a judge on CEO's Got Talent.

She will next be seen in 'K.G.F: Chapter 2' as Ramika Sen.

The Delhi High Court has obliterated the remarks against veteran actress Juhi Chawla that she had filed a case against setting up the 5G wireless network in India because of its hazardous effects on the health of the people to allegedly gain publicity. The penalty on the actress has been reduced from Rs 20 lakh to Rs 2 lakh by Justices Jasmeet Singh and Vipin Sanghi. They reportedly stated that Chawla had not taken up the issue in a 'frivolous or casual' manner.

According to a news report in Pinkvilla, the Delhi High Court has stated on Juhi Chawla's case saying, "Ms Chawla, who has appeared before us, has stated that she raised the issue in all seriousness and she has also said that she did not expect the proceedings to go on in the manner they did. We are of the view that the order of the single judge needs to be modified in the interest of justice. We, therefore, expunge the observations made by the judge against Juhi Chawla, especially those made in paras 41 and 43."

The order of the Delhi High Court on the Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani actress' case further added, "The order further added, "We reduce the costs from Rs 20 lakh to Rs 2 lakh. We are inclined to retain part of the costs since we do find that the applications made along with the plaint were indeed completely meritless. Ms Chawla has volunteered that she will work with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority in whose favour the costs of Rs 20 lakh were originally awarded. She will work to advance the cause of women in need of legal aid. She says she will be honoured to render social service by featuring in their programmes."

Juhi Chawla Moves Court Against 5G Implementation In India; 'Radiation Is Extremely Harmful & Injurious'

Juhi Chawla had pointed out the alleged harmful effects of the 5G technology on human health and the environment, last year in June. However, the Hum Hai Rahi Pyaar Ke actress had stated that her intention was not to ban 5G from the country after she had filed her lawsuit. Chawla had asked the concerned authorities to clarify how 5G would be safe for humans, animals, flora, fauna and the whole ecosystem at large.
