Last month, Made In Chelsea star Binky Felstead gave birth to a second child, a boy named Wolfie, and right from the start of her life as a mum of two, she's been open with followers about her relationship with her body.
The day after welcoming Wolfie, Binky shared a nearly-nude image of herself, helping to dispel the very unrealistic myth that after giving birth, our bodies immediately go back to looking how they did before becoming pregnant. "I appreciate the human body now more than ever!" she wrote. "As I’ve been through this body transformation before with India, I’ve decided to embrace it this time.... and not worry as much!"
Seven weeks later, Binky's still in awe of what her body has achieved and has spoken about loving herself exactly as she is while sharing a bikini selfie from a staycation in Cornwall.
In the snap, Binky can be seen looking happy and healthy in a pink bikini, and she began her caption by saying she's embracing how her stomach looks now.
"The human body continues to amaze me through my pregnancy journeys - embracing my little dark line down my tummy, who else has one?" she asked followers.

The line Binky's referring to is linea nigra, which literally means 'black line' in Latin.
Lesley Gilchrist, registered midwife and co-founder of My Expert Midwife told us the line, which can develop down the centre of a bump as pregnancy progresses, is caused by the increased oestrogen levels experienced in pregnancy, which boost the body’s production of melanin (a natural substance that gives your skin pigment). Typically, it appears around the midway point of pregnancy and is no thicker than half an inch wide (although in some it can be wider). Non-pregnant people may also have linea nigra, likely caused by hormones.
Linea nigra is completely normal, and nothing to worry about. "Linea nigra is a common side effect of pregnancy and won’t cause any harm to you or your baby," confirms Gilchrist. "This line usually fades or disappears completely a few months after childbirth."
Clearly, Made In Chelsea's Binky isn't sweating the small stuff when it comes to her post-baby body. She explained that, while she struggled with body confidence during her pregnancy with her daughter, India, at the age of 26, she's much more at ease now.

"I loved my body being pregnant with Wolfie - more so than with India. I was 26 and the first to have got pregnant out of my friends and it was hard at times. Especially as I gave birth in the June heat, and all my girlfriends were wearing small summer dresses & tight crop tops, I didn’t feel myself at all & felt pretty lonely. I used to hide under massive baggy clothes, sweating in the heat," she explained.
"Being pregnant with Wolfie - I embraced it, loved my body & loved dressing my bump! These last few days in Cornwall I was with a bunch of friends & I wouldn’t have dreamed of walking around the pool in a bikini almost 7 weeks postpartum 4 years ago. However I’m proud of me and my body for growing two beautiful little humans & keeping me functioning with the typical newborn sleep deprivation."
We absolutely love hearing how happy and confident Binky is feeling, and it's brilliant she's sharing that message of body positivity with her followers, new mums or not.
